Community Bank Trentham Autumn tournament entries open
The Trentham 2026 Autumn tournament features two events, on Saturday March 14 and Sunday March 15.
Saturday March 14: 4BBB Stableford (men's, women's and mixed pairs)
Sunday March 15: Aggregate Teams Stableford (4 players of any combination)
The Aggregate Stableford also includes an individual Stableford event, with prizes for the best male and female individual scores (please note: players cannot win both the team event and the individual score event).
The cost is $60 per pair for the 4BBB Stableford, and $120 per team for the Aggregate Stableford. Food and drinks will be available at club prices.
Trentham Plate
Mixed teams of two men and two women in the Aggregate Stableford will be automatically entered in the Trentham Plate (held in conjunction), an event with a history going back over four decades. The winners will hold the plate for one year.

New young adult memberships
As part of Trentham Golf Club's aim to broaden appeal to younger golfers, two new memberships have been created. Each has substantial discounts over the normal full adult membership.
The club realises that the period post-school or university is often a harder one financially when young adults are trying to establish careers, families or renting. We do not like to see young adults leave the club or golf completely due to financial pressures. Both memberships are designed to help young adults affordably transition to full club membership after they have become too old for junior or student membership.
TeeMates junior golf tournament
Trentham Golf Club is running a TeeMates Junior Golf Tournament on Sunday February 15. Start times are from 11:30am onwards.
There are both 9-hole and 18-hole events. The event is open to all junior golfers with a Golf ID, and there are no handicap limits. The event will be Stroke for players with a handicap of 20 or better and Stableford for those over 20.
Entries close on Wednesday February 11. The cost is $30 for TeeMates members and $40 for non-members.

Sunday golf clinics
Trentham Golf Club will be running weekly clinics for golfers starting on Sunday February 8th and running for 4 weeks. The program will be run by Gisborne Golf Club PGA professional Matthew Duncan, with times from 10:00 to 11:00.
The cost is $80 for the entire program. Small group format, places are limited so don't delay.

2026 Membership fees
Due to rises in general costs and wages, the Committee of the Trentham Golf Club has announced the following price rises from January 1 2026. The Adult membership fee was ratified by the Annual General Meeting in December.

Making it easy to get into golf
At Trentham we offer a range of options to get into and keep playing golf. While we have full memberships for those who prefer the wonderful option of belonging to a club, unlike many clubs this is not all we offer. We also have a number of options for social golfers, summer golfers, or those who would just like green fee discounts for playing regularly.
All our memberships are very affordable and provide an Australian Golf ID with handicap and personal insurance.
Green fee passes provide very affordable, year-round social play at Trentham (please note that passes carry no handicap or insurance).
All memberships and green fee passes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
